We deliver frozen raw dog food across most mainland UK postcodes using DPD next day delivery services.
All orders are carefully packed in insulated packaging to help keep products frozen during transit.
Dispatch Information
We dispatch orders 7 days a week.
Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm may be dispatched on the next available collection day.
During periods of warm weather or severe weather conditions, dispatch schedules may occasionally be adjusted to help protect products during transit.
Delivery Service
All orders are shipped using DPD.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure somebody is available to receive the parcel where possible.
Packaging & Product Condition
Products are shipped frozen in insulated packaging designed to maintain temperature during delivery.
It is normal for some products to soften slightly during transit, particularly during warmer weather.
As long as the products still feel cold on arrival, they are safe to refreeze and feed.
Salmon based products may naturally feel softer due to their higher oil content.
Storage Information
Products should be placed into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Defrost food in the fridge overnight and once defrosted keep refrigerated and use within 24 to 48 hours.
Delivery Areas
We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your postcode, please contact us before placing your order.
Missed Deliveries
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave the order in a safe place where requested.
Due to the perishable nature of frozen products, parcels cannot always be returned to depot.
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct and arrangements are made to receive the order.
