Is your food complete?
Most of our meals are complete and contain a balanced blend of meat, bone, and offal.
Some products such as Just Chicken or Just Tripe are complementary products and should be fed alongside other balanced proteins.
How much should I feed?
As a general guide, adult dogs are usually fed around 2% to 3% of their body weight per day.
Puppies typically require more depending on age and growth stage.
Every dog is different, so feeding amounts may vary depending on activity level, metabolism, and body condition.
Can I refreeze raw food?
Yes. If the food still feels cold on arrival and has not been left at room temperature for extended periods, it is safe to refreeze.
Why is my salmon softer than other flavours?
Salmon naturally contains a higher oil content which means salmon products often do not freeze as hard as other proteins.
This is completely normal.
How long does raw food last once defrosted?
Once fully defrosted, products should be kept refrigerated and used within 24 to 48 hours.
How is the food delivered?
All orders are shipped frozen using DPD next day delivery services.
Products are packed in insulated packaging designed to help maintain temperature during transit.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders 7 days a week.
Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day for next day delivery.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes.
Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland.
Can puppies eat raw food?
Yes. Raw feeding can be suitable for puppies when fed correctly and in appropriate amounts.
Do I need to transition slowly onto raw?
Most dogs can switch straight onto raw food immediately.
Some dogs may experience temporary loose stools during the transition period while their digestive system adjusts.
How should I store the food?
Products should be stored frozen until required.
Defrost in the fridge overnight and once defrosted keep refrigerated.
Do you offer mixed boxes?
Yes. We offer a wide range of mixed selections, starter boxes, and choose your own options.
Can I choose my own flavours?
Yes. Our Choose Your Own boxes allow you to select your preferred flavours and proteins.
Is raw feeding suitable for all breeds?
Yes. Raw feeding can be suitable for dogs of all breeds and sizes when fed correctly and in appropriate amounts.
Are your products free from artificial additives?
Our meals are made using natural ingredients with no unnecessary fillers or artificial additives.
Do bones in raw food splinter?
Raw bones are softer and more flexible than cooked bones.
Cooked bones should never be fed.
What if my delivery arrives slightly soft?
It is normal for some products to soften slightly during transit, especially during warmer weather.
As long as the products still feel cold, they are safe to refreeze and feed.
How long can the parcel stay outside?
We recommend bringing parcels inside as soon as possible after delivery.
Our insulated packaging is designed to help maintain temperature during transit, but products should be frozen promptly on arrival.
